If your return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part, we provide a free prepaid return label. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Yes — exchanges are welcome for unopened, eligible items. You can exchange for a different size, scent variant, or another product of equal value. Please mention your preference when you contact us so we can check availability.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we process the refund within 7–10 business days. The funds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional days to appear on your statement.
We are so sorry this happened. Please photograph the damage (both product and packaging) and contact us at claudiaandco.vn@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — along with a free prepaid return label.
If you received a Claudia & Co product as a gift, please reach out to us with as much detail as possible (approximate purchase date, the giver's name or email if known). We'll do our best to locate the order and assist with an exchange or store credit for eligible items. Gift cards themselves are non-refundable.
