These General Sales Conditions ("Conditions") apply to all sales of Claudia & Co products via claudiaandco.vn to consumers in Vietnam and internationally. They govern the entire order process from placement through to delivery and returns.
Claudia & Co reserves the right to update these Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order shall apply to that purchase.
Ordering
To place an order, add products to your cart and complete the checkout process. A binding purchase contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email from Claudia & Co.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and any payment received will be refunded in full.
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on claudiaandco.vn are in Vietnamese Dong (VND) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.

Free standard delivery is available on orders over 500,000 VND for Pearl members, and on all orders for Gold and Noir members.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Claudia & Co purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- Unopened and in original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
Non-returnable items: Opened products (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, and sale items marked as final sale.
To initiate a return, please contact us at claudiaandco.vn@gmail.com or via our Contact Page. We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrectly delivered items.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item, via the original payment method.
Product Warranty
All Claudia & Co products are manufactured to the highest quality standards and are covered by a statutory warranty against manufacturing defects.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, failure to follow product instructions, or normal wear and tear.
