Yes, exchanges are welcome within 7 days. If you'd like to swap for a different product, simply contact us with your order number and preferred replacement. If there is a price difference, we will adjust accordingly. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used. Gift sets and promotional bundles must be returned complete. Products purchased during special sale events may be subject to a different return policy, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
